TGE-MOA-DC DC is a surge arrester used in vehicle-mounted and fixed installations of urban rail transit traction power supply system, which is the main protection device to prevent lightning overvoltage and switch overvoltage. The core component of TGE surge arrester (Metal Oxide Varistor) is made of highly nonlinear ceramic varistor material, mainly composed of zinc oxide mixed with other metal oxides and sintered together. The product meets the technical requirements of the latest versions of IEC 60099-4:2014, IEC 62848-1:2016, IEC 61992-5:2006, EN 50526-1:2012, and GB/T25890-5:2010.

The TGE-MOA-DC series DC lightning arrester products are divided into three levels according to the requirements of IEC 62848-1:2016: DC-A/B/C, which have strong impulse discharge ability In and charge transfer ability Qt . The product is a glass fiber pre impregnated epoxy resin wound core with high insulation/mechanical strength. The layered grid wound core has extremely strong insulation strength, high mechanical strength, and a short-circuit capability of up to 40kA. Therefore, it is more suitable for use in rail transit systems with severe impact and vibration (IEC61373:2010). The fully enclosed high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber outer insulation umbrella cover has excellent hydrophobic properties. This technology provides perfect adhesion, thus preventing moisture infiltration and improving reliability. The insulation material used in the product meets the fire protection requirements of EN45545-2:2020.
