In order to further enhance the safety and quality awareness and professional skill of all employees, and promote the further normalization and standardization of safety and quality management, our company has carried out a series of theme activities on quality and safety from June 2021.
From June 7th to June 30th, conduct comprehensive and detailed course training for employees from process documents to on-site operations,and supplement employees' knowledge gaps and blind spots.
From July 1st to July 10th, the front-line employees applied the knowledge learned in the training to the production site to find problems, rectify hidden dangers, and strengthen on-site safety management.

After that, all front-line employees competed in the individual competition of the quality and safety knowledge competition, and the winners of the individual competitions were determined through one online answer and two offline written tests.

Through a rigorous selection process consisting of one online quiz and two offline written tests, outstanding individuals emerged as winners, highlighting their dedication to achieving excellence in these crucial areas.

The main content of the competition was quality policy, quality objectives, safety management, safety operation and corporate culture. After more than an hour of intense competition, in the end, the grinding process team won the third prize, the granulating process team won the second prize, and the sintering process team won the first prize in the competition.
